- This morning a colleague asked me to help her sign up for a DPS professional development activity. She wasn't able to sign on to MLP and she was so frustrated! It turned out that she was using her old password. Then, when I helped her sign up for the course, I helped her check the status of her account. It turned out she didn't know she needed to complete the evaluation for each of her activities. So, I taught her how to do that.
- I have developed an Excel spreadsheet in order to inventory all of the math materials in our building. It's so great because teachers can sort the information very easily. I'm giving a presentation this afternoon, so they can see how this can be done from their own computers.
- Meanwhile, I have already helped 2 colleagues create their own websites this year on wix.com, and I created my own website (see link!) as well.
- I realized today that I really like helping my coworkers with technology and I enjoy learning new things. That's why I am taking the challenge!
